"It took 18 months for Ste to finally get the keys to the property in Townsend Lane, Liverpool and what a nightmare it turned out to be. There was no electricity so they couldn't open the shutters to gain access, there was around 14 major gas leaks and the roof was leaking. It just seemed to be one issue after another. Another person might have said this wasn't for them and handed back the keys, but not Ste. He was determined the community centre and four flats would be available to those in need. Everything will finally be completed by the end of April and there is no doubt it will transform the local community."
