Community Church Deal

Church, residential and nursery redevelopment project (at planning stage, 2023)

Community Church Deal recently attained planning permission for a new 1,500sqm facility but could not afford to build it. We came on board post-planning and we are now working with the church on a reduced, more efficient design which frees up space on site for 7 dwellings which will cross-subsidise the new facilities and create a viable and sustainable community hub. A new Permission in Principle (PiP) Stage 1 planning application was granted early 2023 for the church + housing, and a Stage 2 technical matters application will follow in late 2023. We intend to finance this project and commence the development in 2024.
