OUR GOAL

OUR VISION

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

PURPOSE OF GREEN PASTURES

Green Pastures exists to release the Church to end homelessness in the UK, and we won’t stop until that goal is achieved. We have more than 20 years experience, £40m+ in investment, equipped 80+ Partners and 1300+ people currently provided with a home and support.

Every number points to what’s at the heart of everything we do - people. We make a huge difference in the lives of those we house. We desire to see lives transformed as residents find a relationship with Jesus.

BACKGROUND FOR THE ROLE

Our Marketing team exists to connect people to our core aim of ending homelessness - primarily by increasing partner enquiries and investors. We want to grow lasting relationships with potential Partners, Investors, influential figures and the UK Public. We offer insight into the situation with homelessness across the UK and provide  tangible opportunities for people to be involved in being part of the solution. We aim to be creative and innovative in order to galvanise society to join us in this vital mission. We also provide key internal insights to our Staff, Partners and Investors, as well as further friends, to keep them connected, inspired and cared for..

All this should come together to help us towards our vision of:

  1. Housing 2,000 people by 2024
  2. Growing from 80 to 100 Partners by April 2022
  3. Increasing Partner Enquiries and new Investors by 250% by 2024

We currently have a small team working on marketing who work diligently to broadcast an inspiring and engaging message that prompts people to take a stand against homelessness. We are now excited to grow this team and increase our budget to continue our work with clear strategy, leadership, vision and passion.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Our Marketing Manager will dramatically increase the number of Partnership Enquiries and Investor Enquiries through building relationships; creating an inspiring and galvanizing message; raising awareness of homelessness; and shining a light on how simple taking a stand can be.

You will formulate clear strategies for creative & innovative marketing, and work closely with various members of the wider Green Pastures team to implement them. You’ll adapt to the changing landscape of church action on homelessness in the UK to build the most effective marketing campaigns to help us reach our goals.
