As a Support Worker at GP Derby, you will work as part of a team to provide loving care for all of our residents. You’ll manage the 10 hours plus programme, an innovative scheme aimed at getting individuals back into training and work, as well as overseeing the health, safety, security and operational ability of the building and residents. This role is key to the development of a positive and vibrant atmosphere that allows space and time for growth, and directly contributes towards our vision of ending homelessness in the UK!

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated support worker to join our team which accommodates homeless men in the Derby area. If you want to put your gifts and passion towards something truly meaningful, this is the role for you!

THE TEAM

Our GP Derby team serve and support the residents of our 28-bed hostel in order to see true transformational growth. They are compassionate as they deal with the realities of life; they are caring as they walk alongside their residents as friends and mentors; and they are committed as they work tirelessly to provide an opportunity for a fresh start and an encounter with Jesus.
