We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated staff to join our Accounts team. Your work will be integral to the running of Green Pastures as you use your eye for detail to support the finance team. Our Accounts team are the foundation of the Finance department within Green Pastures. We manage the preparation of the financial statements, balance sheet, cash flow, day-to-day reconciliations, payroll, purchase and sales ledgers and Investor Loan Stock management. We also manage and conduct regular internal audits and put controls in place to make sure that we not only comply with all necessary law and regulation, but that Green Pastures continues to operate in good financial health.
In one year the total value of the transactions we processed came to over £719 million, with more than 40,000 individual transactions - this is a lot of work and a lot of responsibility, but something we do with integrity, enthusiasm and passion.
This exciting role gives you the opportunity to work on a number of financial processes. As our Accounts Assistant, you'll undertake the role as purchase ledger clerk from purchase order through to instructing payment, perform multiple bank reconciliations, analyse financial activities and more.
You will be a vital member of a growing team, and your work will directly facilitate the purchasing of property to house the homeless!
