Overview

Our ethos throughout our work is to empower the individual and at all times encourage personal choice and responsibility. The building of lasting trusting relationships with our customers are the foundation on which all our work is built on, the Lantern continues to be a place where laughter, friendship and hope are very apparent.

Achieved To Date

We have a long track record of supporting vulnerable customers into housing and providing ongoing support to help them sustain their tenancies.  Our support is person centred and offers the individual access to all Lantern Hub support services.

Why We Do This

The Lanterns ethos is to show the practical love of Jesus as work in the community.

Future Plans

We want to end homelessness and ensure an appropriate offer of accommodation is on offer for all and the relevant support provided in order to ensure tenancy sustainment. We also want to make sure our customers are given the right support to help them become integrated members of our community.

green pastures review

The Lantern Trust is a charity with an outward focus and care for the community. We are so impressed by their care and passion and it is a pure joy to work alongside Mike and the team in planning for the future! We are looking forward to supporting them as they grow provisions for asylum seekers and refugees and to see them transform lives for the glory of God. We have no doubt they will play a pivotal role in ending homelessness in the UK!
