Green Pastures Developments Deliver Bespoke New Housing Development in Cottam, Lancashire - Hoyles Meadow, Preston: A Successful Partnership with a Local Christian Housebuilder

The opportunity arose for Green Pastures Developments to partner with an experienced, local Christian housebuilder to develop 9 new dwellings, comprising a mix of 4-bedroom homes in a sought after area of Cottam. The project was completed in 2022, and is an example of a 100% housing scheme (no church/ charity involvement), where 100% profit generated was put back into GP core homeless projects.

Green Pastures acted as a development partner, working closely with the housebuilder to take the project from concept to completion. The development was a 100% housing scheme, with no church or charity involvement. This meant that 100% of the profit generated from the project was reinvested into Green Pastures' core homeless projects.

The partnership between Green Pastures and the local housebuilder was a resounding success. The new homes were completed to an exceptional standard, with careful attention paid to every detail to ensure that they were both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The houses were designed to meet the needs of modern families, with spacious living areas and plenty of outdoor space.

The Hoyles Meadow development has proved to be incredibly popular, with all of the properties selling quickly. This success is a testament to the excellent partnership between Green Pastures and the local housebuilder, who worked together to create a truly outstanding development that met the needs of the local community.
